Needle,hot glue gun, scissors

Method:

Punch out the mice, the letters of the name and the clouds with the Sizzix punches and glue the mouse parts together. Fill the clouds with filling cotton wool and decorate the individual clouds with felt drops or the ribbon with feathers. Wrap the tape around the syropor ring and apply the all-purpose glue. Glue the mouse on the ring and sew the individual clouds at the bottom of the polystyrene ring, as shown in the pictures. Stick the letters on a felt banner and a tape with feathers on the back of the banner, so that the feathers stick out at the bottom.
